After graduating from Central St Martins College of Art and Design, I followed my dream to become a fashion designer working in Hong Kong and London before taking up a post as a senior designer for an international retail company.
Motherhood prompted me to slow down and relocate to Kent with my young family, and in pursuit of my hobby Cobi & Coco Cakes was set up.

I see baking as my creative outlet, an art form allowing me to work with my hands. My aim is to create truly luxurious, elegant cakes, weaving in your unique character and personality to design a cake that can only be yours. I take much pride in handcrafting every last exquisite detail with love and refinement, taking inspiration from your wedding flowers, dress, invitation and colours.

From the initial cake consultation to the set-up of the cake on your special day, I will walk through your cake journey with you to create an experience to cherish and remember. But what’s even better is that I get to be part of so many happy occasions – be it weddings, birthdays or anniversaries. I may not be your guest, but my cake will be centre stage.
